HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order through the website, or you can go to the FB Group and order from there, that's where the action happens and you will get the most up to date info and designs there.

SHIPPING INFO

*I ship using PirateShip, the cheapest shipping option I've found. I don't yet know the best way to charge shipping from the website, there are a lot of options, I will mess with it until I get it right. I don't upcharge for shipping, if the website charges more than it is I will refund you the difference.

*I choose USPS Priority or UPS - whichever is cheaper for you. If you have a preference please note that in the special instructions section of your order.

*If you prefer to pickup at my house in the contactless pickup box or from one of my girls in New Philly you can choose the pickup option at checkout.

TURN AROUND TIME (TAT)

This varies widely based on a number of factors: weather, what you ordered, the kind of prints you want, etc. I may have to order a print or a shirt so that takes more time. I may have to wait on the sun to be able to bleach and it takes time to make icedyes. I strive for 5-15 days TAT but it could be less or more. I try to be communicative but handmade custom items take time. TAT is the time it takes me to complete the item and ship or tell you it's done. Does not include shipping time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I am very easy to get along with provided you communicate with me. If you aren't happy with anything I will do my best to make it right. PLEASE DO NOT file a chargeback without giving me every opportunity to make you happy.

WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS DO WE USE?

I use all different brands of shirts! There are a lot of "rules" to shirt making. If they are not unisex that will be noted in the description. I try to always use soft, comfy shirts that I would be willing to wear and I'm ridiculously picky about comfort.

SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

The website says your payments and information are secure, I don't know anything else about it. I added advanced payment options (Klarna and Afterpay) as a courtesy to you, this costs me a lot to offer. If I get a single chargeback I will shut it off so fast!

I have no idea what this is supposed to say, I think I've checked all the privacy boxes I need to check.

FINE PRINT

*All items are handmade therefore subject to imperfections & no two are the same.

*All bleached items are more susceptible to getting holes so must be handled with care.

*All clothing items should be washed inside out in cold water without fabric softener & hung to dry (I don't, but you should).

*DYED items are NOT COLOR FAST. Wash with other items at your own risk. Let me say it again for the people in the back....DO NOT COME AT ME b/c you washed your dyed shirt with your white stuff, it will not be white anymore. K?

*We are a pet friendly home. Very. Pet. Friendly. If your item makes it to you with no animal hair consider it a miracle. I try, but 2 dogs = hair everywhere.
